Lotto 앱 버전 업 - 알림창 기능 추가해서 버전업 진행 / barcode - 0.12

아직 베타 버전 및 알파 버전에 대한 잘 모르기에 프로덕트 단에서 바로 출시해서 관리

수정내용

- Retorofit 으로 비동기 작업 수정, 원래는 AsycTask 로 데이터 작업을 비동기로 진행

- Notification 추가
